Our check-in time is 13:30 hrs and check-out time is 10:30 hrs. Any early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to availability and charged as per the hotel policy. Any early departure would be liable to pay for one room night charges.

Applicable GST for room rate per night per room ≤ INR 7499 is 12% & > INR 7500 is 18%.

Room will be held on confirmed basis subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by credit card details.

All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 hrs on the date of arrival.

Airport transfers are arranged at an additional cost, unless specified as above.

Cancellation Will be Non-Refundable

In case of cash payment exceeding INR 50000 a PAN Card is mandatory.

As per the law, smoking is prohibited in public areas including the lobby, restaurants and bars/lounge, swimming pool and health club of the Resort. Please note there will be penalty of INR 20,000 plus taxes in case guest is found smoking in a non-smoking room per incident.

As per government guidelines only guests staying in the hotel will be allowed inside the premises. Any visitor will require to register as an additional occupant and in case of maximum room capacity a separate room will have to be booked, both available on a chargeable basis. Our Reservations or Front Desk teams will assist and address any clarifications or concerns.
